Youth Beast Mode Class
Just like our Beast Mode class, Beast Mode kids is a high intensity training program designed to challenge your strength and endurance. Movements are based on Olympic lifting, gymnastics, plyometrics and body weight training. All Workout of the Days are scaled and modified for ages 8-12.
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:45-5:30pm
Youth Run Club
Beginner: This running class will teach basic running skills in a safe and fun environment. Run club meets at the indoor track. Ages 7-13.
Advanced: Participants will continue to practice basic running techniques while incorporating more advanced skills and longer distances. Participants in the Advanced class must be able to run 1 mile without stopping. Run club meets at the indoor track. Ages 7-13.
Schedule: Mondays, Beginner: 5-5:35pm & Advanced: 5:40-6:15pm
Fit Kids
Keep kids moving with calisthenics, fitness games, and body weight exercises for a fun yet challenging class. Fit Kids is held in the gymnasium on court 2. Ages 4-7.
Comfortable clothing & sneakers required. Parent must check in at the beginning of class and remain in the building. Please pick up your child promptly at the end of class or your child can be walked over to Child Watch if they have a registered spot.
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30-5:10pm
Youth Cardio Strength
Designed for the "big kids", this class emphasizes cardio drills and body-weight strength training. Class is held in the gymnasium on court 2. Ages 8-12
Schedule: Tuesday 5:15-6:00 pm
Project Strength
For girls to build confidence and get familiar in the weight room learning the fundamentals of strength training with machines and free weights. Ages 13-18.
Sports Performance
Get faster! Grow stronger! Train smarter!
Whether you love playing basketball, baseball, football, soccer, or an individual sport, this program will help young athletes level up their game. They will learn the fundamentals for strength, power, speed and agility. Ages 9-16.
Dance
We offer a variety of classes that range from ballet, hip hop, musical theater and tumbling. We have programming for all dance preferences! Ages 3-12
Youth Karate
This Martial Arts program trains kids to be response-ready from learning the latest skills and tactics from the "B.E. S.A.F.E." Commonsense Self-defense program. Skills and Tactics to Escape and Survive danger, bullying, and harms-way are taught in every class.

- Functional Training Room & Mezzanine: Ages 13-14 with parent supervision
- Any child under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent
- Any child 14 y/o or under is required to pass a swim test before being allowed in a Y pool without a personal flotation device (PFD) or without on-deck parental supervision
