The Magic is in the Adventure

In our Full Day Summer Camp Program, your child will grow their social skills, build confidence, and make life-long memories in small, grade-level groups. Each week, your camper will play games, swim, go on field trips, and choose from activities such as sports, cooking, crafts, outdoor skills and more! Each week provides unique experiences and themes-with fun surprises around every corner. Our team is excited for your child to join us for camp this summer!

Our Teen Camp offers a space where youth from all backgrounds are welcomed, discover new skills, establish positive relationships, and reach their full potential. Through weekly themes, teens (rising 6th-8th grade), will participate in activities and discussions that explore service learning and leadership development – all while having fun in the process! Your teen is sure to find their spark this summer at the YMCA.

Our Leader in Training & Counselor in Training programs are designed to help build up and equip our future YMCA leaders! Campers will gain hands on skills, certifications, and professional development trainings. Completion of this Leadership Development Program gives your camper exclusive access to the opportunity to become a part of the staff team the following year as a Junior Counselor! Soccer Camp

Learn and improve soccer fundamentals in our soccer camp! Soccer camp is for any skill level player. We split up campers into groups based on age and skill level to help meet them where they are at. Throughout the week we will focus on basic or more advanced drills of dribbling, scoring, and shooting. Join us on Friday at 11:15 for an end of the week display of what we went over during camp.

Basketball Camp

Princess Dance Camp    

Calling all Princess lovers! This camp will introduce campers to jazz, ballet, and hip-hop by dancing along with their favorite Disney songs, with a special focus on beloved princesses from Frozen, Moana, The Little Mermaid, and Beauty and the Beast. Campers will learn 
multiple routines to perform for family and friends on Friday, showcasing a magical journey through Disney classics and Disney Channel hits

Tumbling Camp

Learn the basics and foundations of rhythmic gymnastics and tumbling with rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and backbends! Campers will love creating floor routines and perfecting their moves in this beginner class. Simple rhythmic props, like ribbons, are incorporated. Participants work on skills based on their age and gross motor development. This includes balance, skipping, hopping, and moving around in the space. On Friday, parents are invited to watch a demonstration of skills practiced, and routines learned and created. Participants should wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.

Extended Day is an option for parents who seek to complement their child’s half-day specialty camp with additional activities. When your camper’s specialty camp is not in session, they’ll join their friends in Full Day Summer Camp for an extended time of fun and play! Extended camp is only available if you camper is signed up for a specialty camp. Please note: Extended Day Campers do not go swimming or on field trips. For off-campus specialty camps, transportation to Day Camp will be provided.

Full Day, Teen, and Extended Day Camps

• A $50 registration fee is required at time of registration (non-refundable).

• A $10 deposit is required to reserve your spot for each session week.  

• Fees must be paid through our automated payment system. You will be required to set up this auto-draft payment method at the time of registration. This payment authorization is to remain in effect until the Y receives the required notification to cancel the program. Your scheduled payment amount will increase/decrease based on the weekly fee plans, and will be adjusted to reflect holidays that fall within your camp week. If your scheduled payment is returned or if you stop payment or your account closes, you will be responsible to pay the program fees and the $25 service fee. If any changes occur with your bank account, debit or credit card, please notify the Y immediately.

• A cancellation notice is required in writing at least 15 business days prior to the camp’s start date.

• Written cancellation notices received at least 15 business days prior to the camp start date will result in a refund or system credit of amount paid (minus $10 deposit).

• No refunds or system credits will be issued for cancellation requests not submitted at least 15 business days prior to the camp start date.

Half Day Camps

• Payment in full is required for all specialty and enrichment camps.

• A cancellation notice is required in writing at least 15 business days prior to the camp’s start date.

• Written cancellation notices received at least 15 business days prior to the camp start date will result in a refund or system credit of amount paid minus $20.

• No refunds or system credits will be issued for cancellation requests not submitted at least 15 business days prior to the camp start date.

4 -Year-Olds

Child must be 5 years old and a rising kindergartener to participate in camp. You may register a child who is currently 4 years old, but will turn 5 before the desired camp week. Please call us at 864.412.0288 if the system prevents you from registering.

Full Day & Extended Day Camps

If your child has a summer birthday and the system prevents you from registering them into the appropriate camp grade division (based on their rising grade), please call us at 864.412.0288 for assistance.

Half Day Camps

Child must be the age stated on the camp description on the first day of that camp in order to register.
