Pool Schedules & Policies
Our pools are mixed-use. That means you're welcome to use them for recreation when they are not in use in an organized aquatics program. Every day, our pools host lap swimmers, swim lessons, swim academy practices, aqua aerobics classes, and families enjoying free swim time together. We want everyone to enjoy our facilities safely. That's why we require the following:
SPLASH Day
HELP KEEP YOUR CHILDREN SAFE. Teaching children how to be safe around water is not a luxury; it is a necessity. Drowning can happen nearly anywhere with standing water. But, as a parent or caregiver, you can’t keep your children sidelined.
Swim Lessons
At the YMCA, we believe everyone should learn to swim. It's a great way to stay in shape, learn water safety, and develop a lifetime of fun activities. A few things to keep in mind to get the most out of swim lessons: First, learning to swim is progressive. Usually, it takes more than one session before a child or an adult is comfortable in the water.
Specialty Swim Lessons
At the YMCA, we believe everyone should learn to swim. Currently, the Y is excited to offer Spanish-spoken swim lessons as well as lessons for the deaf or hard of hearing.
