What's Happening 

• We have an awesome new program just for kids ages 8-12 -- Summer Survivor. Summer Survivor runs from 9 am to 11 am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  This is an exciting program to be held throughout the entire summer and is designed to give your child a perfect opportunity to exercise their bodies and their minds.   New activities begin every twenty minutes during the two hour session. This program is free with your Family Membership and is currently only available at the Golden Strip Family YMCA.
• NEW POOL HOURS for July. We are opening the pool in July for members at 5:30 AM

IMPORTANT DATES TO PUT ON YOUR CALENDAR

• July 1st and July 15th are dates to put on your calendar for beginner bike riding at the YMCA.  You must come with a road bike and a helmet.  We meet in the Upper lot of the Y and will leave at 5:30 PM.  So come early to go over basic road rules and safety.  We ride for 15 miles at an average speed of 14 mph.  This is for adults who are trying to get comfortable with basic skills of bike riding.  All are welcome.
• We start Youth Soccer Registration for kids ages 4-14 on July 1st.  Registration ends July 31st.  We had a record number last year so sign up ASAP.  See youth sports for information

Summer Day Camp

• We are currently accepting registrations for Summer Day Camp.  Registration forms are available on line, click here.
