workout, which strengthens the muscles and builds endurance.
Master's Swimming
With instruction on stroke variety and efficiency, you'll learn how to fine tune
swimming skills, enhance your time in the water and, of course, have more fun.
If you are training for a triathlon, competitive swim meets, or simply swim for
fitness, this class is for you. The program concentrates on stroke development
